  • PACFS operates by remotely processing your accounting and delivering reports with Intuit QuickBooks Pro and Turbo Tax that will be linked to ABC’s commercial banking service on a Read-Only basis where ABC controls all financial activity:Response time is within one business day but usually within hoursAll project work is assigned deadlines for consistency and reliabilityCommunication is available via phone, text, Team video conference calls or scheduled face-to-face meetings4.PACFS relies on secure digital data file transfers with multi-factor authentication (MFA) to process financial activity from; banking, payroll, government and reports to avoid inefficient paper workflow and archives. 5.In addition to accounting, PACFS generates concise, custom set of AI (Artificial Intelligence) x AI (Adapted Insights) reports, charts and analyses to provide ABC with a decision-making rationale to assist in providing cost-justified solutions. Those reports include a set of standard business reports (e.g. Budget, Net Worth, Investment Performance) and customized Dashboard with Critical Success Factors with Key Performance Indicators to track SMART (Specific / Measurable / Actionable / Realistic / Time Restrained) Goals.
